Returns & Exchanges
1. Our Hygiene Promise
At NudeLush, your health and safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products (lingerie and accessories), we adhere to strict hygiene standards.
To ensure every customer receives a brand new, unworn, and pristine item, we maintain a specific return policy.
2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
For hygiene reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened:
- Panties & Thongs
- Bodysuits & Teddies (due to the crotch area contact)
- Lingerie Sets (containing bottoms)
- Hosiery (Stockings, Tights, Bodystockings)
- Adhesive Products (Nipple covers, Body tape)
- Intimate Accessories & Toys
Exception: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to the "Damaged or Defective Items" section below.
3. Returnable Items
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for the following categories, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags and packaging intact:
- Sleepwear & Pajamas (Tops/Shorts/Pants)
- Robes & Kimonos
- Bras & Bralettes (Sold individually, not as part of a set)
- Corsets (Worn over clothing for trying on)
Condition of Return: Items must be free of any signs of wear, scents (perfume/smoke), or stains. NudeLush reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@nudelush.ca with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the return address (located in Canada).
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Refund: Once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item or the wrong size/color due to our error, we will make it right immediately.
- Do not return the item yet.
- Take a clear photo of the defect or the wrong item.
- Email the photo and your order number to support@nudelush.ca.
Resolution: We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund right away. In most cases of defects, you will not be asked to return the damaged item.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, our automated system will have already processed the order with our logistics partners, and it cannot be changed.
